Dan Milne f585c52f55 Deprecate paapi gem in favour of vacuum v5.0+ ...

Amazon is shutting down PA-API v5 on May 15, 2026. Added deprecation
warning on require and a notice in the README directing users to the
vacuum gem which supports the new Creators API.
